Thrift Store Finds, New Surprises

It’s Thrift Store Decor Tour day, and you know I love seeing what everyone starts with almost as much as the finished projects.

This month’s collage has a little bit of everything: picture frames, old furniture pieces, fabric finds, a ceiling fan, and a few things that definitely leave you wondering where they’re headed.

My project started with a thrift store frame and some Dollar Store metal flowers. It turned into colorful framed wall art with chicken wire, moss, and a little rearranging along the way. I love how it turned out!

Be sure to check out all the before photos and see what everyone made this month.

thrift store candlestick

I know this piece doesn’t look very birdbath-ish right now, but that’s what makes the makeover fun. A thrifted candleholder found a whole new purpose with a simple flip, becoming something sweet for the garden. This candlestick is unique, but maybe you have a large lamp base, or something similar?
